I am a beginning investor myself. I started by working in several different types of apartment communities. Have you ever been in the field of leasing apartments? If not, then you can usually find jobs on careerbuilder.com for property management positions. It's harder to get right into being the property manager unless you've had some sort of sales background prior and it's for a private landlord. You should educate yourself on all the aspects of real estate, even real estate law. When you get into doing your own properties, look into LLC's, trusts..etc. |
