Default Good advice for active real estate agents

The real estate business is now at low ebb. I have been in this trade for almost a decade now and have earned handsome amounts in the last few ears. But the current recession has affected the real estate industry the most. My work too is facing the ill-effects of this market meltdown. My client base is shrinking and I need more leads to sustain in the trade. Where can I seek help?

Look at marketing your company in a different way, don't throw money at things in desperation because you will end up closing faster than you think. Collaborate with other agents, see what other agents are doing that is working for them and try to incorporate some of their successes into your business.

The best way to become a better real estate agent is to figure out what a prospective client wants and needs and then be able to deliver it to them. Learn about active listening. Learn how to listen for the unsaid requirements as well. When you have a good indication of what the people want, then you can tailor your services to deliver that.
