I have a client looking to buy a small business. brief is:
sandwich bar/cafe bar
mijas costa area
normal operating during day time only
looking to buy lease for approx. 8k for limited time
option then to extend or buy freehold
needs to be near beach or en-route
will be here for viewings from Friday
