Price Reductions in your area - how much? We are based on the Costa Calida and also cover selected properties in the South Costa Blanca. Everyone is implying there are huge reductions in the Spanish property market.
We've found price reductions from developers on New Build up to 25% - but these are still few and far between, mainly small pockets of key ready properties. Resales are very much dependent on the need to sell, many of our sellers are just sitting tight.
There are bigger reductions shown on some bank repossessions, but we've found many of these were given original valuations that were well over priced in the first instance so the quoted reduction in my opinion is not realistic.....
